Rules and disclaimer:
I have rights to deny your commission for any reason
Requests to change details on final product is limited and must not be major (ie pose, style, clothing and the sort). Small changes are acceptable. Major changes after final product will cost extra
Detail or complicated characters will be simplified or can/will cost extra ask before hand to be sure
Females in chibi style will be flat chested or barely noticeable chest
Please provide decent high quality references(more the better). Please include at least one flat colour ref and full bodyalso please do be clear with what you want.
if you provide a small or bad ref i can't guarantee how thing will turn out

-Hentai or Yuri/girlxgirl ( sorry i do not like or not comfortable with it)
-Realism/Semi-realism
-overly busty women
-nude,semi nude or minimal clothed females (not in my comfort zone)
-Inflation
-armour
-Mecha
-Overly Muscled characters
-In other people style (i only work in my own)
-Fan art
Fetish art
Maybes:
-anthro/Furries (i can do some creature but not all. Sonic type, is a definite NO. I can do modern style possibly )
-Animals ( I can do certain animals only )
-Females (chibi only usually and only things i feel comfortable with)
by commissioning me you automatically agree
♠ Art may take several days to month to complete or longer depending on time and possible real life
♠ Payment must be made before starting. I am willing to do half upfront and half after preview if Paypal is being used. Point commissions must be paid in full via widget.
♠ I will provide a preview, unless you do not wish for one
♠ Edits can be requested to be made during preview stage. Please do point out any major mistake here and what you want to change here and not after commission is complete.
♠ If you are not happy with sketch stage, other preview stages or completed drawing and want a refund i will only provide a partial refund (this is to cover the cost of time and materials). this will depend on the stages that have been/ not been completed
♠ You will recieve unwatermarked image and a watermarked low res version(posted into dA gallery)
Please do note: i will include my signature on the image(will be tiny)
♠ I retain rights to my work, which can include use of artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my other account (DA/ PW/tumblr/IG etc) or folios. Unless told before hand. (i will always give credit)
As the client you still own copyright of character etc. But i will hold copyright of the art work.
♠ You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes or any sort of paid services
♠ You may reupload commission to Toyhou.se or other sites and do with it what you wish, except use it for commercial use or claim the art as your own. Please give credit where it is due
